Your professional (business or group) membership in provides you with an Associate Account with Pre-Paid Legal Services, and depending upon the membership level you chose, either a Business Owners Legal Solution Plan for your firm, or an Individual/Family plan for yourself.

With Pre-Paid Legal Plans you, and your clients will access to top-quality, A RATED, law firms, in many cases for less than a cup of coffee a day. Because in many cases Pre-Paid Legal members represent the largest client for these firms, they have a significant incentive to provide exceptional services. They are prepaid for services, so they’re not trying to provide services members don’t need.

The Business Owners Legal Solution Plan provides businesses such as yours, with comprehensive services such as:

With your Associate Account information, you will receive a training package which will provide you with all the information needed to start marketing the various individual and family plans to your existing, and new customers. Your package will also provide you with information on how to get certified, on-line, to market Pre-Paid Legal’s Business and Group Plans.


Individual or Family Plan

Your individual or family membership in automatically provides you with a Pre-Paid Legal Individual or Family Membership.

Who is covered?

  • You and your spouse
  • Your never-married dependent children under 21, living at home
  • Never-married dependent children under 18 for whom you are legal guardian
  • Never-married dependent children up to 23 who are full-time students, and
  • Any disabled child, regardless of age, who is chiefly dependent upon you for support.

The Individual/Family Plan comes in a Basic or Expanded Form. These Plans include some of the coverages in the Business Plan, as well as:

  • Moving Traffic Violation Assistance
  • Auto Related Criminal Charge Representation
  • Drivers License Recovery Assistance
  • Personal Injury & Property Damage Claims
  • 24 Hour Attorney Access in Case of Arrest
