management’s insurance experience with the wholesale operations
of:
- Andrew J Corsa & Sons established in 1885
- Creative Coverage Network established in 1993
- G.P.Facilities Ltd. established in 1992
- and all merged into
COM-Net Inc. in 1999,
and the retail insurance association with:
- Total Management Corp. established in 1968,and
- Richard G Verdi & Sons established in 1973,
was originally
formulated in 2001.
The original concept was to put together a network of providers of
products and services at discounted rates. These products and services
were intended
for insurance
Brokers and Agents to use to enhance their portfolios to satisfy the needs
of their clients, and generate additional and new sources of revenue.
This concept has expanded to provide these products and services
to other professionals, as well as individuals, associations, employers
and various
other groups.

Executive Profiles
Richard G Verdi, Sr. President & CEO
Total Pro
Richard attended St. Johns University’s School
of Insurance majoring in Insurance and Business Administration. Since
1948 the Verdi Family
has founded and successfully operated seven insurance businesses, a Travel
Agency, a Real Estate Agency, a Municipal Bond Dealership and a Business
Consulting Firm. Richard is past Chairman of COM-NET Insurance Wholesalers,
Consultant to the New York State Builders Association, Board member of
numerous Trade Association, and founding principal of Total Pro. Richard
is a sought after seminar speaker on a wide variety of Business Management
issues.
Richard J. D'Amato, National Director
of Insurance Division
Most of Rich’s 39 year career in insurance was spent with Aetna
Life & Casualty Company. Over that time his areas of responsibilities
ranged from both Personal and Commercial Underwriting, to Marketing,
Claims, Field Management , as well as Agency Mergers and Acquisitions.
At one time Rich was Aetna’s Regional Director of Underwriting
for their Central Region of the United States, General Manager in Minneapolis,
Philadelphia, and New York. In 1991 Rich designed, constructed and lead
Aetna’s Homeowners Strategic Business Unit, which had the total
responsibility of managing Homeowners and Specialty Lines nationwide.
He retired from Aetna in 1994 as Resident Vice President in New York.
Also while with the Aetna, Rich received the President’s Trophy
as the best Branch Office in each office he served as General Manager.
He was Chairman of the General Manager’s National Advisory Council,
and in 1994 was selected by The Long Island UJA Federation as “Company
Insurance Person of the Year”.
In 1996 Rich was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of
North Sea Insurance Company, transforming a small Commercial Insurance
Company primarily operating exclusively in Downstate New York, to a company
with more extensive products doing business in New York, New Jersey,
Pennsylvania and South Carolina.
